Great diaper bag, slow support

I bought the Sac à langer multifonction and it's fantastic. There's so much space and the pockets are really well thought out. I had a question about tracking my order, and it took a couple of days for customer service to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. But once it arrived, the bag itself was exactly what I needed. It feels durable too, so I expect it will last. Definitely helps keep me organized on outings with the baby. The design is pretty stylish for a diaper bag.
